Question Promise to appear, Breathalizer refusal.

What is to be expected on my future court date due to a refusal to take a breathalizer test. I got a 30 day lisence suspension and towing on the spot and I signed a promise to appear due to a possible DUI. I initially got pulled over for speeding... This took place in Montreal Quebec.

Thumbs Down Re: Promise to appear, Breathalizer refusal.

I'm not sure about up there in Canada, but here in the States, if you refuse a breathalyzer, this is prettymuch the same as admitting guilt. You lose your liscense, pay fines, etc.

I think Mario is right, if a prson is refusing a breathalyzer test it already mean u are guilty of the offense.
