WHEN I WAS LIVING IN FLORIDA I GOT ARRESTED 4 TIMES FOR DUI I PAID 3 OF THEM. BUT THE 4TH DUI, I DID NOT GO TO COURT. I HAVE TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY FOR FAMILY MATTERS, IT HAPPENED ON 2007 WHEN I GOT THE 4TH DUI . I AM NOT CITIZEN OR RESIDENT OF THE USA. BUT IN 2009 I MOVED TO CANADA I GOT APPROVED FOR A RESIDENT CARD IN CANADA. THANKS TO MY GIRLFRIEND .CANADIAN IMMIGRATION NEED MY FBI BACKGROUND CHECK,RAP-SHEET . FBI WON'T GIVE IT TO ME BECAUSE I HAVE A WARRANT .. CAN I FIX ALL THIS FROM CANADA SICE I CAN NOT CROSS THE BOARDER OF USA . WHEN I WAS IN USA I WAS ILLEGAL EMIGRANT THANKS
