I was arested in az. in 1998 for dui. Went to court to plead guilty and jugge would not accept plea without attorney. Left az. moved to in. Want to take care of this matter so can get license.

You should hire counsel at this point.
It will help you have to legal counsel in this situation as it is often easier for such counsel to negotiate a solution these kinds of issues than to do it yourself. You likely will have to appear once in court. |
