DUI/ Careless Driving -- I have guardianship of my elderly father

I just received my police report for a DUI .288, first offense and careless driving. I have 2 minor moving violation that will come off my DMV just prior to my court date, I reside in CO and am very worried thought I am in fault.

I have guardianship of my elderly father with no family in state will they lock me up, please help

If its your first offence then you may request judge to convert your jail time into alcohol treatment program. Various factors including amount of intoxication etc determine amount of punishment.
