Confused waiting for arraignment on DUI

Should I get a lawyer for my son now, or wait till he gets arraigned. He was originally arrested after a single vehicle accident. He was arrested for DUI. At the jail he passed a breath test and submitted urine for testing. We had his initial arraignment today but it was continued 5 weeks because the urine test was not back yet. My son claims he had taken no drugs so he doesn't expect a problem. Question is do I need to get a lawyer now or wait till his next arraignment to find out if he will be charged or not.

Don't let any other legal actions take place but you could wait to see the results.
