dui and fake id...help

ok i was drunk asleep in my car because i new i could not drive. i was not planning on driving anywhere. so the cops knocked on my window and made me take there tests. and a breathalizer which i think i failed. they also found my fake id. i want to know how much trouble i am in. i was never read my right when i was arrested, while i was at the police station or while i was incarerated for 14 hours. do you believ there is anyway i might possibly get out of he dui part? how much trouble is it for possessing false identifecation. and on the form the wrote i refused to take the brath test and i remember blowing in it and she told me i failed. why would a cop lie on their paperwork......to get me in more trouble? can i fight that. is there any way to prove i tookit? dash cam from the cop car maybe? someone please advise me here?

Talk to your lawyer... in some jurisdictions the key has to be (or have been) in the ignition before you are liable or guilty.
