Charged Twice for DUI

My first case was dismissed. I am now being charged again for the same crime. Isnt this illegal?

Not if it was dismissed without prejudice or something similar--ask the DA to explain and let us know what they tell you...

Have u took the details from the court about that? Ask them on what charges are they booking you again.

It would depend on circumstances of the dismissal, for one.

DUI offense consist of driving under the combined influence of alcohol and other drugs. So its illegal.

This is bad. You should ask them again on what charges are they booking you again for a new DUI.
