Default Child Endangerment in michigan

Is child endangerment a separate charge from an OWI or is it added on when sentenced based on the circumstances? I'm 18, and I was charged with an OWI while i had a 16 year old with me, but the ticket says nothing of child endangerment. When would i get charged with this?

Default Re: Child Endangerment in michigan

You would have to be charged before the court date normally, so maybe it is not being charged.
