Nov 16,09 iI had just found out I had cervical cancer &my b/f broke up with me because of it. I tried to kill myself by driving off the freeway rolling my car 5 times. I was unsucessful, a man came up to my car to see if i was ok and i told him i needed to rinse out my mouth cause it was full of dirt. so he gave me a bottle of ice tea. the officer came and i told him it was a deer cause i was ashamed. My left ankle had been rolled on 4 times by the car so the ambulance came. I gave the cop the ok to do a breathalyzer. and he did he said that it was fine. I remember everything up to the time when they were cutting off my clothes.
So in the cops report it says all of this and it is all lies he said i gave him permission to take blood sample, that he arrested me in the hospital I was never arrested i never even saw or signed the ticket, on the breathalyzer he took 2 and the first was .065% at 0144 hr and .067% at 0146 hrs. How does it go up in 2 points in 2 min? He says i told him that i had 2 Beers at a friends house at 9:30 pm (the wreck was at 1:20am) when i actually said i had 1 shot of Rumplemintz about 45 min earlier. a Philabotomist from Shasta Regional Medical Center supposed to have taken the blood sample and then i was released to Mercy Hospital???? It says in the toxicology report that i had 0.06% (W/V) alcohol, Hydroxybupropion (wellbutrin) I agree to these 2. But { Methamphetamine, amphetamine there is no way that either of these were in my system i do not use. And why didn't my lorazepam, crestor, ambien, bronkaid & the pot i smoked about 3 hrs before show up?
So i go to court and get a Public defender and here i am I have never even had a ticket in my life, and the Public defender tells me stop being stupid and take the das deal. As i was asking him to take it to trial. well I took the deal now what can i do?
