leighsme Junior Member Join Date: May 2009 Posts: 1	dui or not dui my 20 yr old son was arrested 2 days ago for dui pending urine, he passed field sobriety test, blew .047 which is almost half the legal limit, but if the urine comes back positive for marijuana that he smoked earlier this month then how does that get decided??
