DUI and then MIC
I received a DUI in December and plead no contest. I paid my fine and got my license suspended for 60 days. My suspension is almost over and I just received a MIC. What are going to be the consequences for this? Do MIC's and DUI's fall in the same category? Will my licenses be suspended again?

No they don not but it will not help your image with the court.
And you may very well have conditions that required you not to have any other offense. If so the suspension will not be ended most likely. |
