DUI Question, Lawyer or no Lawyer?
My brother was just arrested less then a month ago for a DUI. He blew right at the legal limit. My mother is wondering if she should get a lawyer or would he be ok without one. This is his first offense and he is 24. He did have a minor in possession for an open container when he was 17. We live in California. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. His court date is next week.

Get a lawyer absolutely--you dont want this on his record in any way if possible. A good lawyer will help navigate the system.
