minor in possession
I was given a minor in possession of alcohol in iowa. My friend was pulled over because of his plates. He was driving a new car and the plates had not arrived in iowa yet. He is 22 and was completely sober and was breathelized. He blew zero's. The cop then searched the car for any alcohol and then breathelized my friend and I( both under 21). I blew a .012 and got a MIP. Is there anyway to fight this?

It often helps to have legal counsel involved.
Often you can negotiate conditions were this is removed from your record after a period of good behavior |
