Default is it legal...?
my roommate has a particular friend that comes over to our house. she often drinks in excess and then drives a half hour to get home. i'm surprised she hasnt hurt someone or herself yet. is it legal to contact the police after she leaves to look out for this girl and give her a breathalizer? she doesnt seem to want to change and needs a wakeup call as to what shes doing. Thanks.
