dui trial ?

I have been going crazy with fear.About 2 weeks ago me and my boyfriend
got into a fight when he was drunk.i called the cops on him because i was
afraid he was going to get in a accident.

later that night the cops came to his house where we both was and gave
him a DUI citation.

He has a court date in a few weeks and he knows that I was the one that
called the police on him.When alone with the police they told me that
anonymous complaints were made in the past on him for driving under the
influence.

My question is;

Will these anonymous complaints of him driving under the influence be
mentioned during the trial by the D.A. or his lawyer?

If they are, I want to come clean now and tell him about them before he
finds out in the court room.

Get a good DWI Lawyer for him, by good i mean the one who has experience in dealing with complicated Drunk Driving cases. Usually what happens is when the case goes to the court many unnecessary things get involoved in it. A good lawyer is the solution to your problem.
