Will arrest show up on a criminal record?
My husband was arrested 2 months ago for DUI, his driving license is taken
for 3 months. The court is in June. He's applying for a job and they will check his criminal record. Is the arrest going to show up or he's innocent until proven guilty? Thank you |

The arrest can still show even if he is found innocent, now or in the future.
The arrests-- unless expunged-- are part of the record. |
