Default Will arrest show up on a criminal record?
My husband was arrested 2 months ago for DUI, his driving license is taken
for 3 months. The court is in June. He's applying for a job and they will
check his criminal record. Is the arrest going to show up or he's innocent
until proven guilty? Thank you

The arrest can still show even if he is found innocent, now or in the future.

The arrests-- unless expunged-- are part of the record.
