DUI Refusal - Cop called my cellphone asking for info
I was stopped for a DUI, i refused breathtest, stayed in jail 12 hours and was released.
Today i received a voicemail from the cop that Arrested me asking me for my SSN#. I was shocked, never heard of anything like it. I have yet to call him back and was wondering how to proceed. |

If you were arrested you should have counsel deal with him going forward, not you directly.
