dui intoxilizzer 5000c results
charged with impaired in ontario.......on the 5000c test results the reading date was march 2..were on the same result page the blow date was mar1 due to leap year...........is this still admissible in court..is there a defence with this discpency.

Sounds like a clerical error.
To be honest, it won't help you much unless your lawyer is very very good. Even in that case, I can see it only being part of the reason a case would be dismissed. |
