Sleeping in the car drunk...
I was sleeping in the car after my friend drove me to my place... cuz obviously i was so drunk...
a cop wake me up and told me that i am under arrest since the car key was on the car (because it was so HOT it was in the summer). What should i do? I don't want to plead guilty since I wasnt driving... HELP ME OUT! |

I am in Canada actually but Why is it illegal to sleep in the car while being drunk it better than driving

Get a lawyer that specializes in DWIs. If what is in the police report of the incident is as you reported here, you can get out of it with a lawyer.

Which state are you from? Also ask your friend to testify for u. Secondly get an experienced DWI Lawyer for yourself.
