Default M I C

so i was in ellensburge WA and i was a college party and a fight broke out, so i went out to break it up. i then started speaking with a police officer, and he gave me an M.I.C., however he didnt give me a Breathalyzer test or any common sobriety tests. i dont even recall the officer asking me if i had been drinking. after writing me a ticket the officer let me go right back into the party.
is there anything i can do to get out of this?

You can dispute it to the judge and try to get it dismissed.

It sounds like they really have no evidence since you were never breathalyzed. Just remember, an MIC can carry a loss of drivers license so dont take this lightly.

I would agree, maybe even have legal counsel help resolve it!
