rescheduling court dates
if i am given a court date for a crime such as underage purchase of alcohol, can this date be flexible? i am going to india for christmas break, and directly after will be studying/interning in paris with my university, so i will not be back in town until may. although i havent received a court date yet, if i am given one within the next week or two, will they be able to accomodate me?

You can try calling the clerk of the court and the prosecutor's office.
