using sibling's ID to purchase alcohol
used a sibling's id to purchase alcohol in boston (i am 19). had previously bought over $3400 over the course of a year with the same store (and at times with the same person who took my id). the man told me "get out or ill have you arrested". if he does follow through with informing the police, what is the next step? they have my sibling's information, but not mine. will they find me if my sibling reports the ID has been missing for a few years (it has- i stumbled upon it)? also, could i use the liquor store/person who took my ID to leverage my citation- if i report they have sold to me hundreds of times before (without carding), or will that just land me in more trouble? what should i do or be prepared for?

Best just to avoid them now.
Your sibling would be questioned and it would likely lead to you eventually. |
