Marijuana 2-4 ounces??
I got caught with Marijuana had 2 ounces for personal use. My first offense for drugs I would like differed adjudication. I am told it is a class b misdemeanor. I have other misdemeanors in the past in 92 and 98 for stealing and criminal trespass.
Will this affect me on this charge and do I need a lawyer? |
