PLEASE ADVISE
I went to my monthly drs appt and he wrote me a prescription when he tore it off a blank prescription was attached. I didn't even know it until later that day. I was messing around and wrote the prescription for the same thing the dr wrote me- it was 40 tablets of a controlled pain killer. I ask my friend if he thought we could fill it (jokeingly) and then I threw it in the trash. Later that night I got a call ,he was arrested for illegal drug document. F5-FIRST OFFENSE He says if he can plea bargain down by telling them where he got it he is going to(some friend) What is going to happen to me |

You did not do anything wrong presumably so even if he says what happened, you should be fine.
