PLEASE ADVISE
I went to my monthly drs appt and he wrote me a prescription when he tore it off a blank prescription was attached. I didn't even know it until later that day.
I was messing around and wrote the prescription for the same thing the dr wrote me- it was 40 tablets of a controlled pain killer.
I ask my friend if he thought we could fill it (jokeingly) and then I threw it in the trash.
Later that night I got a call ,he was arrested for illegal drug document.
F5-FIRST OFFENSE
He says if he can plea bargain down by telling them where he got it he is going to(some friend)
What is going to happen to me

You did not do anything wrong presumably so even if he says what happened, you should be fine.
