Crooked Police Tipps
A friend and I were outside my appartment in a private parking space when the assistant to the local district attorney called in a tipp of "a suspicious vehicle". My appartment is across the street from the Municipal Court and this was at 8:30 pm. I was charged with a 5th degree felony for drug possession. What can I do and is it illegal for court officals to call in their own tipps to raise false suspistion against someone?

Not if they indeed then found drugs unfortunately. They can call in.
