Posession of MJ
I recieved a posession of mj in the mail? I was with a buddy and got pulled over. He had a warrant for his arrest so they arrested him and told me to step out of the vehilce. They searched the car and found a pipe of his and that was all in the vehicle. Then they searched me but didn't find anything on me. So they released me and i was able to go home. Later when they found a bag of pot around the area of the vehicle and must have suspected it to be mine because i just recieved a ticket in the mail. WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS? Can i get this dropped since they searched me and didn't find anything? SHould i hire a lawyer and if i do what would be the likely outcome? THanks for all your help!

Yes have counsel negotiate a solution and make sure there are no criminal charges involved in any way.
