Possession
If a person has been arrested (Texas) for possession of 0.14 grams 25 months ago, and has set in a county jail for almost 17 months with no trial, can he be reindicted and the charge enhanced?

Yes if new evidence is found etc.; but that is far too long so ask the public defender to intervene or hire counsel to see that this is resolved now; he should not be sitting there this long!
