Default Felony possession -- I have a prescription for Vicodin
Is it illegal for me to have my minor child's pain pills in my pocket. Vicodin. I was taken to station detained and released. No ticket, no nothing. Then 2 months later I get a letter advising me that I have a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance. I have a prescription for Vicodin. Help what do I do?
