harrasement by the law officials

what are my rights? I was at my parents house when they came and searched. told my friend rhey had a search warrant but never gave it to her nor have i received one yet. they found nothing stomping away. now they are trying to get me for conspiricy to manufactuse. i was nt even there. this makes 4 times they have came. two with no warrants and two i let them. i have nothing to hide.found nothing. what can i do to stop this harrasing every month it seems?

You may want to file a complaint with the chief of the dept and point out how many times this has happened.

If you are being charged now, make sure your lawyer also addresses this point and makes sure the court and prosecutor see that these charges are bogus and the result of numerous failed attempts to find any real law violation.
