My little sister who is 19 years of age received a MIP at a party last night; she had just got to the party and had a sip of beer. The police officers did not see her with alcohol or test her for it, but gave her a ticket for being in walking distance of the alcohol. The officers also walked into the house without knocking or asking permission to enter the house. The officers also let some people go without tickets and gave others tickets even though they were all the same age and in the same situation. The officers also pulled out their tazzers in the house and tazzered the walls as well as threatend the people at the party. My question is can this ticket get dismissed for any reason.
