PRD
I got sited for PRD.for carring my prescription med(prescribed too me)the cop said that vermont statue say i cant carry my pills in anything other than the bottle they came in.he took the pills i had on me and cited me.is that law

You could certainly challenge that...he would have to show some intent to commit some wrongdoing.
Some people just dont want the bottle for all to see. That is not 100 required as he said. |
