He was arrested selling flour
A friend of my was arrested on NJ. He intend to sell drug to another person but wasn't drug, was Aunt Jemina flour. The police officer told him even wasn;t drug he will be arrested as if was. This can be posible? What does he need to do? what is the penalty for this and what can be the charge. Please help, I don't know where he is. thanks
