NY expungement for possession conviction
Hi,
I was wondering if a New York lawyer could tell me if there is an expungement procedure for my 2004 conviction in Troy, NY, for possession of a small amount of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. I only received a fine. In California, where I am living, expungement is allowed under Penal Code section 1203.4. Is there a siimilar thing in NY? I need to do it for immigration purposes. Thanks! |
