WRONG INFORMATION ON TICKET
Hi, I received a ticket the other night for possessing a very small amount of marijuana. On the ticket, for the description, it said I was 5'7" and 180lbs. when in reality I am 6'1" tall and 200lbs. Is there any way i can get this case dismissed?

That will not work--the judge will normally just correct the error...hire senior counsel to help you negotiate this and keep it off your record.
