Default Posting Bail for Court Case in Violation of Philippine Penal Code Sections 5 and 11

Dear Sirs,

We are residents of Makati City, Philippines. A local judge mentioned in passing that there is way for an accused of violating the Philippine Penal Code Article II Sections 5 and 11 to post bail.

We are very much interested with this as my boyfriend is currently accused and detained at the Makati City Jail as these violations are supposed to be non-bailable. His case is on trial at the Regional Trial Court of the same city. We have requested the services of a Public Attorney Office lawyer to defend him. Though, we are also gathering additional information from other sources

We will highly appreciate any information or detail that you can give us regarding this.

Much thanks,

Malui

If you call the prosecutors office they can help direct you and get it filed. Or have world law's lawyers intervene if need be.
