Meth task force take down

I was recently arressted and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking crystal meth. possession of stolen property(2 cell phones) Laundering procedes of crime, and 2 breaches. At the time i was under a 2 year suspended sentence for possession of crystal meth originally possession for the purpose of trafficking. What type of sentence am i lookin agt?

What state are you in? Do you have a paid attorney? I had a possesion of meth with intent to deliver conviction in Florida in 2003. I was looking at an original charge of trafficking meth because of the amount. That charge carried 7 year minimum mandatory, but again because of the weight of the meth. Florida bases their punishment basically on how much you have. I sat in county jail for 7 months fighting my case. Fired my Public Pretender, & my court appointed attorney, due to the fact that every month I went to my court dates and watched people with the same charge I had walking with probation, or county time. They offered me 3 years minimum mandatory. My parents hired me an attorney and within one week i was offered 18 months FDOC, followed by 3 years paper. all because my case was a constructive possession, & not a possession. They are 2 different charges that carry 2 different sentences. However without an attorney most people dont even know the lesser charge exists. Possession is on your person or in your pocket.....constructive is basically I was, out of a yard full of people the closest person to the dope that was found. Lucky me! In Indiana a friend of mine with the same charge of possession with the intent to deliver got 5 years IDOC, followed by 5 years probation. He had a fraction of the amount I was charged with. Just depends on the state.
