Siezure with no arrest

I was walking the streets while dosed way too heavily with LSD. I got to a point where I lost control of my actions while wandering the streets at 4:30am. A police car approached me, and I ran about a block before stopping and staring into the red and blue lights in awe. The police tackled and handcuffed me.
I was in a bewildered and psychotic state, unaware of anything that was going on in reality. The police searched for identification, but only found in my pockets a sheet of 100 hits of LSD. They saw the state I was in and called an ambulance.
I was taken to the hospital and sedated until I returned to reality. A police officer told me I was not going to be arrested and left me at the hospital.
I obtained a copy of the police report from the incident and it shows a "poss cont subst state jail felony".
I have not been arrested or heard anything from any law enforcement since, 4 months have past.

Can I expect to be arrested for this incident in the future?
Will this give them sufficient reason to obtain a search warrant for my house?

This happened in Texas, if that matters at all.
