should i be charged?

me and my boyfriend got pulled over, he was driving and i am the owner of da car, they pulled us over 4 window tint bein 2 dark, well he used a false name cuz he doesnt have a drivers license, well they cought on rite away, and put him in back of da cop car, more cops showed up, and started searchin my vehicle and in da back seat a baggie that weighed .001 of meth, was found, so they put me under arrest, and charged me 4 window tint, 5th degree controlled sub. allowin unlicensed driver 2 drive, no proof of insurance and illegal window tint!! should the driver have gotten all those tickets?? specially that bag cuz it deffinetly wasnt mine!! oh and they seized my car!! thats not even 20$ worth of drugs!!

Unfortunately everybody in the car can be charged.

You can then argue you were innocent and unaware etc., but it will not be easy.

Make sure! you have a lawyer!

You got these tickets because it's your car and I'm sure your boyfriend didn't tell the cops that the baggie belongs to him. Who gave the cops consent to search the car? Unless they saw the baggie from outside of the car then they didn't need consent to search. That was probable cause!
