having weapon under disability

This is a discussion on having weapon under disability within the Drugs Charges forum, part of the Arrests, Searches, Seizures category; how can I be charged with this when they didn't find anything in my possesion?...

Angry having weapon under disability

how can I be charged with this when they didn't find anything in my possesion?

it is called constructed possesion which means if you have access to a weapon through force or any other means then you are in possesion of that weapon this law sucks because it paints a very broad stroke in which to charge you with a crime
