unbelievable!So wrong!
The police recently knocked on my door claiming a neighbor called in a domestic dispute and that they legaly must search the appartement before they left, keep in mind that i live alone and i informed them of this fact. So after intimidating their way in they starting nosing around everywhere and found my garden in a room to which the door was closed, 240plants(canabis) fully flowered!They arrested me but in the report their is no mention of this phone call (alleged domestic dispute) and they wrote that their were 190 immature baby plants!?! To make htings worse my legal aid lawyer just dumped me in court on our first appearance claiming i meke too much money when I'm clearly under their 11,250,00$ a year limit!By the way, I'm a canadian citizen living in Quebec. Thank you in advance for any advice.
