Angry confiscation

the police seved a search warrant at my friends house while i was present. he wasn"t there. they found drugs in the house, not on me, they arrestd me and took me to jail. after i was taken away, they searched my vehicle & found a set of scales. i had alot of personal belongings in it. some of my belongings ended up in another persons vehicle that was also parked at the residence. they impounded my ride. several days later they signed my ride back over to me and said i needed to have someone pick it up. i had my parents go to get my ride, and all of my belongings were gone. Everything in it! including plate of front bumper. what do i do?

Default Re: confiscation

surely you have a friend who has had need of an attorney in the past, call for an initial consultation, would be a good start; if you kept your mouth shut, an attorney should be able to help you. If you to talk yourself out of it, it may not.
