i was recently arrested by joliet police on a 250,000 warrant for a class x drug case. delivery by a school., when i went to court the judge released me, because the name on the warrant wasnt mine. but it was a alias that i used before., she wrote a court order saying it wasnt my case.it belongs to the person whose name is on the warrant, which is also me.my question is can j.p.d. re arrest me for the same warrant? or get a different warrant with my real name?
