search of purse
Can the police search the purse of someone without their consent due to unconsciousness? During the search a small amount of marijuana was found.
No charges have been filed yet due to the officer being out of town for a few days. The police claimed they were looking for the woman's ID even though the people she was with at the time knew her identity. |

They can if they needed to ID her or had other emergency reasons.
She can try fighting it, but it will not be easy in these circumstances. |
