during a raid of our home I was searched and found with nothing on my person (Iwas in bed, not clothed) yet I was charged with possession and paraphenalia, now the DA is trying to change my charges to the same as husband's (trafficing), can they do this?

Unfortunately possession can extend to the area around you and under your control.
Make sure you have senior legal counsel assist at this point. |
