Public Intoxication - Marijuana Related
So I was taken to the hospital because I was out of control. The hospital said my primary diagnosis was "altered state of conciousness" and my secondary diagnosis was "marijuana abuse."
I have a court date on tuesday. I want to get a pot card so they can't charge me for marijuana intoxication. Do I have to do this before tuesday? Tuesday isn't my actual trial, its just the preliminary hearing. Please email me directly, rvgavan at gmail dot com Or I will check this forum. |
