Guilty by Association.. Drug Charge
I have a friend who is almost 20 who just recently was driving a car that got pulled over and he was unaware that his friend in the car had heroin on him. When they got pulled over his friend was searched and my friend got in trouble for him having the drugs on him. Is there anyway that he can stay out of trouble for that? He is going to court soon for it. Apparently they were also in a school zone so he is getting into trouble for that and attempting to deal or something which he was not doing, all he was doing was driving to 7 eleven. I want to try and help if I can so im wondering if anyone can help me..

If his legal counsel can show that he really did not know, the charges will be dismissed.
He needs to have a lawyer involved ASAP--and should not try to handle this alone. |
