VIRGINIA
I received a ticket in Virginia in 1996 for solicitation, possession of marijuana, and driving while suspended (driving w/o insurance). My wife was in the military and was later relocated to Texas. I went with her and missed my court date. I contacted VA about my fine for the insurance but what can I do about the court charges. I am now living in Indiana, so will I have to go to Virginia and turn myself in or can this be taken care of from Indiana.
