Default Need Help In The United Kingdom

Police found 18g of weed in 9 bags and £1,700 cash and lots of other baggies in my student house. Can prove the money was earned legally and said the weed was for personal use. is the baggies enough for an intent to supply charge? Also they were asking questions about my 37" TV and they seized my iphone currently on bail

The decision whether to charge you with intent to supply is a discretionary one and you will need to wait to see what the final charges are. The decision will rest with the CPS in this case. The value of the drugs, and the manner in which they are packed are often considered when deciding.
As for items/cash that have been seized, if they are considered to be the proceeds of crime an application for forfeiture can be made. This application can be contested, although it can be difficult to recover items that have been seized unless you can show exactly how the items were paid for and that none of your income is from the proceeds of crime.

I said in interview that I brought 10 x 2g bags for £120 the previous day and they found one bag nearly finished and 9 unopened bags plus 1 half smoked roach so that proves im a smoker i just wanna know if having those baggies compeltey f**ks me up?

Get legal counsel ASAP as it certainly does not make your situation easy.

It could be sufficient to show intent...

I agree, given that you appear to be a student, you will be eligible for free legal counsel. Check out the Law Society website and select the "Find a Solicitor" option, it will give you a list of accredited solicitors in your area.
