Default help BS no contact order

Hey,

I am 17 ( live in michigan) in a very bad situation and have no idea what to do so i came here hoping for some help and advice. So i got into an argument with my parents and thigns got heated and i swore at my dad, who then elbowed me in the face. I was very angry that he would hit me, so i called the cops thinking they would tell him that that wasn't alright. So anyway, the cops come and talk to both of us, and to my surprise they arrest me. I DIDNT TOUCH MY PARENTS IN ANY WAY, only swore at them, and i was charged with domestic violence and spent 3 nights in jail. On the 4th day my friend bailed me out. When i was arraigned i learned that there was a no contact order against me filed by my parents. My parents lawyer has told me that this exempts them for having to support me.

Does anyone know if this is true? can they truly just leave me to rot without anyhelp? Also, how is it domestic violence when they hit me and i didnt do **** yet i am arrested for "bieng the agressor"

Also, they took my car away (which is in thier name) and i have no job or no money. What should i do?

I am at a friends house but i dont know how much longer i will be welcome here. I truly do not know what to do. I am disgusted at our justice system and that u can be arrested and incarcerated without doing a thing. What should i do, as i said im broke and cannot afford shelter or food , much less a lawyer.

I have not saved up for college because i was always told it would be paid 4 by my parents but now that is not the case. I have contacted my parents and explained my situation but, they said they would get me arrested i contact them again.

what should i do?
