Restraining Order???
I live in Wisconsin. What I'm wondering is, what exactly do I have to have in order to get a restraining order on someone? I have recorded messages that I feel are threatening to me... and, I am pregnant, so I'm not just worried about myself, but about my baby too. Is that enough to get a restraining order on someone or not? Please, any advice will be greatly appreciated.
